At Glam Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to return a product, we have put in place a simple and clear return policy.

Return period 

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging or used will not be accepted.

Excluded items

The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Therefore, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, as well as flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept gift cards, downloadable software, certain health and personal care items, newspapers, magazines, or flowers.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

In some cases, partial refunds are granted for:

Books showing obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your expense. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over €75 in value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
